The NP8200 Series is a semi-automatic, high level, bulk container palletizing machine that is capable of handling a broad range of containers. Since the very first model was built in the early 2000’s, it has gone through several iterations with design updates and system upgrades. However, one thing has always remained the same - its efficiency and reliability to consistently produce quality bulk pallet loads.

Our standard model has been consistently updated with current and advanced features to ensure every bulk pallet load meets our Customer’s high quality expectations. Some of these features include:

  • An automatic, electric direct drive hoist system for swift and precise handling of pallet loads and transition from full to empty pallets.

  • Fully integrated NP300 Series automatic pallet dispensing machine (with manual controls). Low profile design allows for more preloaded pallets.f

  • Hybrid layer sweep mechanism with built-in pick-and-place head for tier sheets (magazine for placement of tier sheet stacks included), and dual motion layer rake assembly. A fully integrated, automatic tier sheet and top frame dispensing gantry is also available as an option.

  • Tier stabilizing devices (for ware and pallets), with dual automatic tier sheet grippers to hold tier sheet in place during sweep cycles.

  • 48” wide ware accumulation conveyor with Rexnord mat-top chain and sprockets, void detection system, active rails for void elimination, adjustable overhead ware clamp brake system, dynamic transfer and return row conveyors.

  • Change part: pattern forming bar - used to help nest containers to help build precise and accurate layers as per specs. Adjustable pattern bar also available.

  • Controls: Proface 15” programmable HMI color touch screen located at operator station (upper level), additional main controls (E-stop, resets, cycle start, etc.) available at lower level of machine.

  • Safety light curtains used throughout, as well as mesh guarding for added safety and protection.
