Model NP9000

The NP9000 Series Miss-Pack Detector is equipped with an Omron (or similar) high-speed, dual vision camera with vision system, and an AC motor inverter driven paddle arm reject system designed for quick re-direction of miss-packed cases. Both systems combined allow the machine to inspect up to 40 cartons per minute (dependent on product size and specifications) for missing containers , missing or broken partitions, and miss-packed containers.

The machine comes with an operator touch panel monitor (wired mouse also included), and a vision processor that is a high performance, icon-driven, intuitive vision system with easy to use tools, which allow any user to setup reliable product inspections. The vision system also has an auto-teach inspection feature and a variety of other tools that allow any user to perform setup and troubleshooting quickly and easily.

The interior of the machine features linear LED lighting that encompasses the top view of each case for consistent and uniform vision system lighting. This is essential to obtain the highest quality image for the vision system camera so as to increase the accuracy of inspection and maximize throughput.
